PRICES ARE F.O.B. HINSDALE, N.H.

TERMS: Net 30 days to credit approved accounts. (No discounts allowed.) Please allow 4 days credit approval. Minimum billing is $50.00, MasterCard or Visa is available when credit terms have not been approved or to avoid delay in servicing an order.

MINIMUM BILLING: For material in this price list $50.00 (excluding freight, handling and extra charges).

For shipments of less than $100.00 of merchandise a $10.00 packing and handling charge will apply.

PACKAGING: All hardware items are bulk packed. For special quantity packaging, a counting and bagging charge of 50¢ per bag will be added. The minimum charge for this service is $10.00. Bulk hardware is packaged by weight/count scale. The actual number of pieces shipped may vary from the number shown on the packing list/invoice.

CERTIFICATION: A certification of conformance will be provided at no charge if requested at the time of the order. A $15.00 charge will apply if a certificate of conformance is requested after shipment has been made. For all other certifications a $15.00 charge per line item will apply.

MERCHANDISE RETURN: Prior approval is require for all returned material. A return authorization number must be obtained and shown on the accompanying paperwork. Custom coated cable, custom cable assemblies, cut lengths of cable and nonstandard hardware are not returnable.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
