TERMS: Net 30 days to credit approved accounts.
(No discounts allowed.) Please allow 4 days credit approval. MasterCard or Visa is available when credit
terms have not been approved or to avoid delay in servicing an
order.
MINIMUM BILLING: $50.00 for hardware items and $100.00 for wire rope/cable (excluding freight, handling or any other additional charges).
PACKAGING: All hardware items are bulk
packed. For special quantity packaging, a counting and bagging
charge of $1.00 per bag will be added. The minimum charge for
this service is $25.00. Bulk hardware is packaged by weight/count
scale. The actual number of pieces shipped may vary from the number
shown on the packing list/invoice.
CERTIFICATION: Certificates of Compliance are included on packing slips and invoices. All other requests for certificates will be billed at $50.00 per line item.
MERCHANDISE RETURN: Prior approval is require
for all returned material. A return authorization number must
be obtained and shown on the accompanying paperwork. Custom coated
cable, custom cable assemblies, cut lengths of cable and nonstandard
hardware are not returnable.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
