Threaded
Aircraft Fittings (Studs):
Available in stainless steel.
Meets MS21259 or MS 21260. For cable diameters 1/16" through 1/2". |

Aircraft
Eye and Fork:
Available in Stainless steel.
Meets MS20667 or MS 20668. For cable diameters 1/16" through 7/16". |

Strap
Fork and Eye:
Available in stainless steel.
We offer these parts to the NAS1435 specification. For a lower price, these
parts are also offered without the NAS1435 number stamped on them. For
cable diameters 1/16" through 3/16". |

Oval
Sleeves:
Available in copper,
stainless steel,
and aluminum.
Copper and stainless steel meet MS51844. For cable diameters 1/32" through
1/2". Copper can be zinc, nickel, or tin plated. Inquire about our hand
swaging tools and 50 ton hydraulic swager for assembling sleeves onto cable. |

Thimbles:
AN100 type thimbles are available
in carbon steel, cadmium plated and stainless steel. This lighter duty
thimble is for cable diameters 1/16" through 3/8". We also offer standard
and heavy-duty thimbles in galvanized and stainless steel. |

Clips:
Offered in stainless steel
and galvanized malleable iron based. Clips are offered to fit cable diameters
of 1/16" through 1/2". Cable clips will not hold the nominal published
break strength of the cable. Not to be used in a load lifting capacity. |

|
Stamped
Eyelets:
For cable diameters 3/64",
1/16", 3/32" and 1/8". These eyelets are made of zinc plated carbon steel
and stainless steel. There are several pin hole sizes to chose from for
each eyelet size. Larger eyelets can be produced but are not standard stock
items. |

Gripples:
An alternative fitting to
the cable clip that secures in seconds. This self locking wire rope grip
is made of zinc alloy housing, oil impregnated sintered steel wedge and
stainless steel spring. Currently we stock gripples to fit 3/64" to 3/16"
cable. Larger sizes are available. |

Stop
Sleeves:
Available in copper
and aluminum.
Copper stops are offered to fit cable diameters of 1/32" through 3/8".
Aluminum stops fit 1/16" through 1/4" cable. Stop sleeves will not hold
to the nominal published break strength of any cable. Inquire about our
hand swaging tools and 50 ton hydraulic swager for assembling stops on
cable. |

Ball
Fittings:
Plain balls, ball and single
shanks (MS20664), and ball and double shanks (MS20663) are offered in stainless
steel. To fit cable diameters 1/16" through 5/16". |
